My Role

As the lead designer, I was responsible for driving the creative direction, user experience, and execution of the redesign from concept to launch. My focus was to:

Define a modern, modular design system aligned with SaaS industry standards

Collaborate cross-functionally to distill our value into digestible, clear messaging

Create a compelling visual narrative centered around our platform and data offerings

Elevate the site’s visual aesthetic with refined typography, whitespace, and UI polish

Champion user-first thinking throughout information architecture and interaction design

The Challenge

Ignitium’s previous website had served the company well during its early growth, but as the business evolved into a sophisticated ABX orchestration platform, the site no longer reflected the clarity, innovation, or value we delivered.

Our team set out to completely reimagine Ignitium.com — improving navigation, clarifying our value props, modernizing the design, and positioning the brand as a premium SaaS solution for enterprise B2B marketers.

Clarity Over Clutter

Simplified navigation and content to help users quickly understand who we are and what we offer.

Value, Not Buzzwords

Content now focuses on real product benefits and use cases instead of vague, generic language.

Expanded Site Architecture

Introduced new product-focused pages, including the Ignitium App and modular feature overviews.

Modular Content System

Designed flexible, component-based layouts with scalable UI patterns and reusable content blocks.

Motion-Enhanced UX

Added subtle animations and hover states to guide interaction and enhance storytelling.

Optimized Layout Efficiency

Condensed content structures to reduce friction, minimize scroll depth, and surface key information faster.

High-Impact Visual Assets

Produced 100+ custom illustrations and product UI modules to support marketing and storytelling across the site.

Process

Led design workshops and processes with internal design team and key stakeholders

Created wireframes, UI components, and design system documentation in Figma

Collaborated with content and dev team members from weekly stand-ups to ad-hoc brainstorms and problem-solving sessions

Assisted with development to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across devices and thorough QA process
